This update removes Adobe Flash Player that is installed on any of the Windows operating systems that are listed in the "Applies to" section. After you apply this update, it cannot be uninstalled. Note If you must use Adobe Flash Player again on your device after this update has been installed, use one of the following methods:

Method 1: Windows Update. This update is available through Windows Update. When you turn on automatic updating, this update will be downloaded and installed automatically. For more information about how to get security updates automatically, see Windows Update: FAQ. Notes. For Windows RT 8.1, this update is available through Windows Update only.

Open any Office 2016 application and click File > Options > Add-ins. Select COM Add-ins next to Manage and click Go. In the list of available add-ins, find the Acrobat PDFMaker COM Add-in and check if it's enabled. If it is, uncheck the box to disable it. Close and reopen the Office 2016 application.

Enter the following command line in Command Prompt: sc.exe stop licensemanager. Press the Enter key to run the command. The command prompt will output some text to indicate if the command was processed successfully. Once Command Prompt completes the task, try launching the game again.

You see the following error code when you try to start a game or an app on your Xbox console: Error 0x80073d0f. This may mean that there’s a needed update preventing the game or app from opening. To resolve this issue, make sure that all game and app updates are complete, and then try launching your content again.

Microsoft Edge. Note : Adobe Flash will no longer be supported after 2020. Microsoft plans to remove Flash from Windows entirely by the end of 2020. Because Flash will no longer be supported after 2020, it is turned off by default in the new Microsoft Edge.

To get the Adobe Acrobat tab to appear, first make sure that you have the latest version of Office 2016 and that your version of Adobe Acrobat is compatible with it. If this doesn't work, there are a few other methods you can try, such as making sure that the Adobe Acrobat add-in is enabled, navigating to the .dll file, or updating the registry.

1. Does Office hang or freeze at 90%? If your Office installation hangs or freezes at the 90% mark as shown in the screen capture below, this could be because the Windows Installer is busy. To disable the tool bands and Browser Helper Objects, follow these steps: Close all instances of Internet Explorer, click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Internet Options. Under Browsing, click to clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box. Restart Internet Explorer.
